Dan Cottrell’s thought-provoking and insightful coaching style embraces ideas from around the world. The approach combines a strong commitment to keeping it simple with an enthusiasm for turning international methods and experiences into practical tools to solve every day coaching problems. Dan was formerly head of rugby at Cranleigh School in Surrey, England. During his playing career he played for Bath, Bristol and at divisional and county standard.

Paul Tyler is a Scottish Rugby Union Level 3 coach coaching at Greenock Wanderers RFC in National Division 1. He was also a rugby development officer for the SRU, a qualified referee and is now a teacher.

Colin Ireland was a rugby development manager for the Scottish Rugby Union, responsible for developing coach education in Scotland for many years. Now he’s a full-time rugby consultant.
